Condo Inspection 1.6.0: New Features and Improvements
What shipped in version 1.6.0: a new default theme, an invoice report per asset, a document trash, finer access control and a set of bug fixes.

Version 1.6.0 is out. Here's what changed.
New features
A new default theme
The interface has been redesigned to match our brand identity. The colours are calmer, text is easier to read, and the navigation should be more obvious than it was.
Agenda items in the upcoming visits report
The upcoming visits report now shows agenda items inline, in green. You can see planned tasks alongside scheduled visits instead of checking two places.
Better print output
Print preview tables are now sized correctly, so printed reports come out looking the way they do on screen.
An invoices report per asset
You can now generate an invoice report for any single asset. It lists the costs attached to that piece of equipment or that area, which makes cost history per asset something you can pull up rather than reconstruct. Useful at budget time, and useful when a board asks what a given elevator has cost over the years.
Reorganized user profile
Logout and user preferences now live together in a profile submenu rather than being scattered across the interface.
Document trash
Deleted files go to a trash instead of disappearing. If someone removes a document by mistake, you can get it back.
Interventions chart on the dashboard
A new chart shows past and upcoming interventions month by month, which gives you a sense of the building's activity at a glance and makes seasonal patterns visible.
Finer access control
Managers can now set association access for operators with more granularity, so people get exactly the permissions their role needs.
Bug fixes
Licensing when switching associations. Switching between associations could trigger a licence error. Fixed.
AI import truncating the zone field. The zone field was too short during AI import and longer values were being cut off. The field has been lengthened.
Inconsistent date formats. Reports were displaying dates in more than one format. They're now uniform across every report.
Password reset. The reset process has been hardened.
Translations. Several translation errors on the building management screen have been corrected.
Getting the update
Nothing to do. These changes are already live in your Condo Inspection account, so just log in.
