Inspections & visits
Inspections that end with a finished report
Run a full inspection against a checklist, or log a quick visit in thirty seconds. Either way, what you capture on site is the report.
- Two ways to record a visit
- A standard inspection carries a name, category, zone, building, units, scheduled date, person in charge or team, supplier and reference number, plus the list of assets to check. A quick visit asks four questions and it's done, which is what you want for the things that come up while you're already on site.
- Verification points
- Define what has to be checked for each type of asset once, and every inspection of that type follows the same checklist. Two different technicians produce comparable records.
- Photos and video, from the phone in your hand
- Attach images and video to the visit or to a specific asset. Annotate an image to mark exactly what you're pointing at. HEIC photos from iPhones convert automatically.
- Statuses everyone can read
- Not started, ongoing, done. Work that was completed late is tracked separately, so you can see where the pressure actually is.
- Interventions, separate from inspections
- Corrective work is tracked apart from routine inspections, so "we inspected it" and "we fixed it" never get confused in the record.
- Exclusions, with a reason
- When an inspection is cancelled or rescheduled, the reason is recorded, files can be attached, and it stays in the history. Gaps in the record are explained rather than invisible.
- Recurring inspections
- Set the frequency and duration once; the schedule generates itself.
