Welcome to Our Blog
What Condo Inspection does, and what we plan to write about here: inspections, maintenance records and the paperwork that comes out of both.
By Condo Inspection Team

This is the first post on the Condo Inspection blog. Before we get into the regular writing, it's worth saying plainly what the product does and what we intend to publish here.
What Condo Inspection is
Condo Inspection is software for the physical side of running a condominium association. It keeps one record of the building and the work done to it:
- Inspection planning. Schedule inspections, assign them, and see what's late.
- Asset registry. A record per component, from installation through to replacement.
- Cost tracking. Budgets per asset and the invoices attached to them.
- History. Every intervention is recorded, with photos and follow-ups.
- Reports. Documents you can put in front of a board meeting.
Why an association would use it
It replaces the binders and the spreadsheets. Most associations already have the information. It's just spread across an inbox, a filing cabinet and two or three spreadsheets nobody has opened in a year.
Planned maintenance costs less than emergency repairs. Catching a problem on a scheduled inspection is cheaper than discovering it when something fails, and equipment that gets serviced on time lasts longer.
Legal obligations get easier to meet. Automated tracking and reminders mean the deadlines come to you rather than the other way around.
Owners can see what's going on. Clear reports, and access controlled by role, so board members and owners see what's relevant to them.
What we'll write about here
- Practical advice on running an association
- New features as they ship
- Partners we work with, when they're genuinely useful to you
- Regulatory changes worth knowing about
