Accessibility
This site is built to WCAG 2.2 level AA. Where it falls short, we'd like to know.
What we've done
Text and background pairs are contrast-checked, including the orange ones. Our brand orange is used as a fill with a near-black label rather than as text on white, because as text it fails AA. Every interactive element has a visible focus ring. Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels. Headings descend in order, with one H1 per page. Forms use real labels and don't signal errors with colour alone. Motion is limited to a short entrance fade, and is switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
What we know isn't perfect
Product screenshots carry alt text describing what the screen shows, but a screenshot is still a dense image; where a screenshot carries information you need, the surrounding text says the same thing.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site stopped you, write to [email protected] and describe what you were trying to do. We log it as a bug and we'll tell you what we're doing about it.
The application
This statement covers this website. If you use the Condo Inspection application and hit an accessibility barrier there, the same address reaches us and we'd rather hear about it than not.
