Privacy policy

What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Personal information held inside the Condo Inspection platform on behalf of an association is governed by the subscription terms and by that association's own instructions.

Who is responsible

Mon Condo Web Inc., 79 Cormier, Suite 201, Drummondville, Quebec J2C 8M5, Canada, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions and requests go to [email protected], which reaches the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

What we collect, and why

When you submit a demo request, a trial request or the contact form we collect the name, email address and any company, role, property count, region and message you provide. We use it to answer you about Condo Inspection. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your name and email address, and use them to send the newsletter. Server logs record technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't add you to a marketing sequence because you booked a demo.

Who processes it

Form submissions create a ticket in Zoho Desk, hosted in Canada. Newsletter subscriptions are held in SendGrid (Twilio), in the United States. Errors on this site are reported to Sentry, in the United States, without personally identifying information attached. Each of these providers acts on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Support and sales tickets are kept while they're useful for the relationship and then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. In Quebec, Law 25 also gives you the right to withdraw consent and to receive computerised personal information in a structured, commonly used format. Elsewhere in Canada, PIPEDA gives you access and correction rights. Write to [email protected] and we'll answer within 30 days.

Your privacy choices (California residents)

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may still ask us to disclose what we've collected about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will not discriminate against you for asking. Write to [email protected] with "California privacy request" in the subject line.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date below and, where the change affects information we already hold, tell you directly.
